We provide child development training, conference support, and consultation services for professionals working in child care, youth development, program administration, camp and out-of-school time settings, curriculum and writing development, and parent/family engagement.
We offer six core training areas that can be selected individually or customized to fit your program’s specific needs. Clients are encouraged to choose a focus area or collaborate with us to design a tailored training experience and request a quote.
Training topics include behavior management; child, family, and staff engagement activities; child growth and development; curriculum planning; health and safety; parent and family workshops; professional development; program administration and consulting; team building; program structure and scheduling; communication and relationship building; positive behavior support; conflict resolution and problem-solving; leadership and entrepreneurship; and community engagement strategies.

We offer engaging parent and family training sessions designed to strengthen relationships, support child development, and provide practical tools for everyday learning and behavior support at home.
Child Care Program State-Approved Trainings / Elementary Professional Development
Our professional development trainings for child care and elementary education professionals focus on strengthening classroom practice, improving engagement, and supporting educator effectiveness. Topics include Creative Curriculum activities and ideas, strategies for engaging the 21st-century learner, and creative curriculum implementation. Additional areas of focus include integrating leadership and entrepreneurial skills into the classroom, positive classroom management strategies, music and movement integration, and building literacy-rich environments. We also provide training in team building and staff rejuvenation to support healthy, effective program environments.

Youth Program Development / Elementary Professional Development
We provide training and consultation to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of youth and elementary programs. These services are designed to strengthen program structure, enhance staff effectiveness, and ensure intentional, high-quality programming.
Topics include program design and evaluation, mission development and program alignment, activity planning and idea generation, scheduling and time management, staff supervision and management, and intentional programming strategies. Additional areas of focus include integrating entrepreneurial and leadership-based programming, as well as promoting community service and civic engagement within youth programs.
